Scheduling is simple! Visit our BOOK NOW page or as an active member you download the Gym Desk app to reserve your spot in a class. All of our studio classes are good for all levels, we do cover the basic movements throughout the session and we also offer modifications. Here’s what you need for your session:
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your class, especially if it’s your first time. This allows time for check-in, getting oriented, and warming up before your session starts.

Yes! If there’s availability, you can switch your reservation to another class on the same day without any penalty. Simply log into your account, cancel your current reservation, and book the new class. Please be mindful of our cancellation policy and parameter
Your safety is our priority. In the event of severe weather, we’ll communicate class cancellations via email, text, and social media. If we cancel a class, you won’t be charged, and your session will be credited back to your account.
We offer a variety of workouts, including strength training, functional fitness, HIIT, cardio, Pilates-inspired movements, boxing, and recovery-focused sessions. Each class is designed to challenge and support you, no matter your fitness level.
We recommend starting with 3-4 classes per week, balancing strength, cardio, and recovery sessions. As you progress, you can adjust based on your goals and how your body feels. Consistency is key to seeing results!
Don’t worry—everyone starts somewhere! Our instructors are friendly and supportive, and our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Arrive early to introduce yourself, and let your instructor know you’re new. They’ll guide you every step of the way so you feel confident and comfortable.
Yes, absolutely! Our classes are beginner-friendly, with modifications available for every movement. You’ll be able to go at your own pace while still getting a great workout. Over time, you’ll build strength and stamina.
Congratulations! We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting or continuing your fitness journey. Many of our classes can be modified for pregnancy or postpartum recovery. Let your instructor know so they can provide adjustments to ensure your safety and comfort.
At this time, we do not offer child care at the studio. However, we do offer mommy and me classes as a part of our schedule, please stay connected to learn of when these opoortunities arise
